Our customer support takes care of our products over the complete lifespan. 
More than 30 colleagues will support you with all your issues, from commissioning, spare parts to inspections and repairs.

Inspection

Our highly qualified service staff will be on site to inspect our davit system, train your staff, service the davits and provide you with maintenance advice.

 

Service Station

With over 60 service stations worldwide we are able to support you as quick as possible anywhere you need us. Our service partners are trainied and certified at our head office in Germany. Our service stations have their own stock of OEM spare parts in house at their disposal.

 

Spare Parts

Due to our large stock of OEM spare parts from trusted suppliers we are able to deliver your requirements reliably all over the world.

 

Authorization training

All our trusted service partners are certified and undergo regular intensive training and examination at our training center in Germany.
